Zusammenfassung: Having recently visited a local computer store, yours truly witnessed an amusing incident. One customer (a big guy) engaged practically all managers in the hall - he was boisterously ordering a computer of custom configuration, discussing every detail....
LED Fan, Allows new users to learn about water cooling
Loud pump & fan, Expensive, Long installation process, Performance marginally better than stock cooler
The Bigwater from 760i is one of those kits that has a lot of potential but doesnt realize that potential at the end of the day. For starters, why would I want to keep opening up my case to adjust the fan speed? I also dont agree with the placement ...
Excellent thermal performance, Elegant, integrated design, Solid engineering, Its water-cooling!,
Not silent, Motherboard must be removed to install/remove, Doesnt outperform the best air-cooling
Thermaltakes BigWater 760i is an intriguing product on a number of levels. It offers the simplicity of external water-cooling systems, but in a design that can be internally mounted. I personally know more than one enthusiast with extra 5.25" drive b...
Good performance, Easy installation, Near universal application, Clean lines, Quick connect hose ends, Plenty of hose
Internal rheostat, Cooling performance only a bit better than other air coolers, Proper case ventilation a must, Fan at full speed is WAY too noisy
There are a number of all in one kits available today. Thermaltakes Bigwater 760i hits a nice mark with it balance of performance, noise, ease of installation and price. Performance was good but not stellar. It did show a decided advantage over ou...
Zusammenfassung: Video Review: The Thermaltake Bigwater 760i Water Cooling System performs very well, is super easy to install and very compact. With a 120mm fan, 120mm radiator, 500L/hr pump and newly designed solid copper CPU water block, it's extremely impressive. This unit also comes with quick connect couplings. These quick connect couplings enable easy connection and disconnection of tubes. This means the water block can be installed or removed without having to drain and refill the reservoir. If you are looking for a compact water cooling system that is on par with some of the separate hardcore water cooling kits, I would strongly recommend you check out this product. Watch the video to find out more and check out the bloopers at the end.
Low cost for a liquidcooling system, Compact design that allows the entire system to fit inside a PC case, Universal design (supports all contemporary platforms), Extremely easy assembly and installation, Simple connection/disconnection and moving around...
Low efficiency for overclocked processors, Noisy pump, Noisy fan at high rotation speed, Inconvenient fan rotation speed adjustment, No cooling of the area around the processor socket.
It is a little hard to figure out who might be the potential user of a system like Thermaltake Big Water 760i we have just discussed. These could be the lucky owners of large system cases, like Thermaltake Armor with meshed top ensuring free airflow to...
At $159.99 from Xoxide.com, the Thermaltake Bigwater 760i Liquid Cooling System is a good purchase if you arent nursing an extreme overclock and just want a system whose tubes will stay out of the way. For those of you who need the finest in cooling,...
The Thermaltake Bigwater 760i was by far the easiest liquid cooling system Ive ever installed. Its almost ready to go right out of the box, and needs only two sections of tubing cut to fit and attached at either end. The water block installs just lik...
Price is good, for entry level water cooling users, The retail package is superb, everything is included, The installation process was very simple even for amateur users, It uses only two 5.25 empty spaces to be installed, You can use other water blocks f...
The included fan is too loud even at lowest rotation speed, The control knob regulating the fan speed is at the wrong place, Performance was not so impressive to justify the 150$ that Thermaltake wants in order to buy the product
