Without a doubt, the HF10 is the best AVCHD camcorder yet produced by any manufacturer. It's not perfect in every respect, but it ticks more than enough boxes to be highly desirable as a serious video tool or point-and-shoot camcorder companion. With its ...
Takes beautiful 1920 x 1080i video outdoors, Stills are good too, Unbelievably light and compact
Eats batteries quickly, On screen menu not very intuitive, Mic doesn’t handle wind noise well
I really liked using the HF10, once getting the hang of the menu system. Focusing was fast and crisp, ergonomics are terrific and it did an excellent job handling scenes taken outdoors. Unfortunately, like the JVC, it made wind sound like the exhaust o...
Zusammenfassung: The Canon HF10 ($1,099) is an ultra compact camcorder that captures HD video in the AVCHD H.264 video file format. What makes the camcorder unique is the dual storage capabilities built into the camera. It doesnt use video tape or DVD disc or a hard ...
Zusammenfassung: The HF10 is an interesting player in Canon\'s lineup and in my opinion represents the future of where digital camcorders are going. Forget DVD or hard disk camcorders. Video tape is an annoyance compared to what you get with 16GB of built in memory..

Excellent video quality; fast focus; compact, attractive, and comfortable design.
Wind filter not as dependable as previous Canon models; manual focus pretty useless.
Canons first flash-based camcorder, the Canon Vixia HF10, delivers excellent HD video quality and performance in a tiny package.
Dualpositioned controls on body and LCD are perfect for all shooting situations. With four zoom speeds (one of them variable), wideangle and telephoto buttons on the superbright and sharp LCD provide excellent modulation.
Recording time on standard battery is pretty much a disappointment. Gawky toggle on the camcorder body makes zooming in and out a drag.Digital Zoom: 200x Optical Zoom: 12x
Zusammenfassung: The HF10 is the best AVCHD camcorder yet The AVCHD format has been around for a couple of years now, but it could never quite beat the tape-based HDV format for video quality. Until Canon released the HF10, that is. The HF10 is the best AVCHD camcorder...
Zusammenfassung: Canon’s HF10 is a high-definition camcorder with a 16GB internal flash drive, plus an SD card slot. In our testing, the HF10 shot impressive, brilliant video, up to par with its similar MiniDV counterpart, Canon’s HV30. The HF10 has its flaws and it’s ...
