The Corsair HX1000 is the latest power supply we have seen from Corsair and, today, it represents a very solid option and a very solid improvement over the HX1000i we last saw in this output range. Starting with the very good build quality today things lo...
Zusammenfassung: Video Review: The Corsair HX line of power supplies are currently available in three wattages; 520, 620 & 1000. I'll be reviewing the Corsair HX1000W Power Supply which has more than enough power, even for hardcore computer systems. The approximate maximum peek output of the 3.3/5v rail is 250 watts and the 12vrail is 960 watts. The +3.3V & +5V rails are both 30A. There are two +12V rails and they are both 40A each with a combined power of 80A. They include a load controlled quiet 140mm fan. So the more load the faster the fan spins. The 140mm fan and honeycomb ventilation ensures maximum cooling so the PSU should remain cool in almost any environment. Watch the video to find out more...
Zusammenfassung: The Corsair CMPSU-1000HX is undoubtedly a high-quality product. However, it has a number of stronger opponents that are superior in one or another parameter. On the downside of this model are its very large dimensions
Some cables build into PSU, Noisy if under high load
The Corsair HX1000W power supply surely is a very capable PSU for any system that you could think up. It was easily able to handle a 4870X2 and Q6600 with ease. That surely is one of the most demanding system builds that you can do at this point in ti...
The HX1000W works very efficiently and it's damn cheap. End of story, right? Well, yes and no. At 1,000W there's still some that would pay more for hand fondled unit with a stamped sheet saying it works, and to be honest, at this level service matters ...
1,000W continuous DC output (up to 50°), Excellent voltage regulation, Very good efficiency across a broad range of loads, Clean outputs (low AC ripple and noise), Very quiet at all but the highest power levels, Independent 12V outputs can deliver up

Corsair took their time and did it right. The new HX1000W modular power supply is one of the best 1,000W PC power supplies we have tested to date. The HX1000W PSU provides excellent voltage regulation and delivers clean outputs with very good effic...
Zusammenfassung: HX1000W $299 Corsair www.corsairmicro.com CPUs: 4In a relatively short period of time, Corsair has made quite a name for itself in the PSU market. Like its memory modules, Corsair’s power supply offerings have all seemed to offer a little something ext...
full power without shutting down at ten degrees over spec while maintaining ripple and regulation in spec, excellent regulation, looks fantastic, all the cables one could wish for, quiet fan under most circumstances, excellent efficiency,
I'm not sure my old camera will ever forgive me,
Corsair is late to the party with the HX1000, and for a long time I've been hearing that they were waiting until their very exacting standards had been met before releasing such a creature. Well, I don't know about Corsair's standards, but they sure ha...
