Connect directly to your computer via USB or iPad (needs adapter cable). Good sound for a very reasonable price. Great for a travel kit or simple home setup. Comes with a neat little tabletop tripod.
Adjustability limited to whatever your software can do. No controls on the mic itself. Supercardioid pattern only (not adjustable). Apple iOS recording with Apple cable sold separately, and limited to iPad only (no iPhone)

Easy USB connection; fully powered by USB; dual-capsule design; good sound quality; sturdy, well-designed stand.
Bulky for portable use; cable length limited by USB; low output; omni-directional mode still somewhat directional; no software controls; no stereo support.
For people who are serious about podcasting, or are looking for a way to record vocals or instruments with their Macs, these USB microphones are worth a look. Neither provides studio-quality results—you’ll need a mixer and a higher-end microph...
Zusammenfassung: Samson Technology, well known for its audio products, recently entered the Mac market with a unique USB microphone that bridges the gap between Griffins inexpensive iMic USB audio adapter at the low end and the far more expensive microphones and au...
Zusammenfassung: Most microphones aimed at musicians wont plug into a standard sound card. Samsons CO1U gets around the problem by plugging into a USB port. It works with Windows XPs built-in drivers. You can use the Windows mixer as a basic volume control, but y...
